Your product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day
money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery
of this shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at
1.866.520.7289 Monday-Thursday, 9AM-8PM EST. Friday 9AM-6PM EST.
- You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction
Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number
within the 30 day period to receive a refund.
- Please return your purchase
within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your
refund. (Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.)
- When returning an order consisting of more than one of the
same item/product, you will be refunded for one trial item
(i.e. open item) and all other unopened items.
- Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, in their original
containers for which you are requesting refunds.
- DO NOT return an item without an RA number.
Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can
properly refund you.
- Please return your item with a copy of the original Invoice
and include your reason for returning.
- We recommend using UPS or insured mail to ensure your package
is received by us, as we are not responsible for returns that
never arrive at our facility.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The charge on your credit card or bank statement will appear as
